BESPOKE FITNESS® SERVICES
In addition to private fitness training, small group training and nutrition coaching, Studio DelCorpo Bespoke Fitness® provides the following specialized services:
BESPOKE BRIDES. Personal training for those brides wishing a custom body to go with their custom dress (or tux). Now accepting a limited number of bridal clients for Summer 2018.
BESPOKE PERFORMANCE. Train like an athlete...from pre-workout prep to sports-specific training to post-workout recovery, these 75 minute personal training sessions are an all-inclusive necessity for athletes of all levels. Injury pre-hab and athletic performance programs are designed based on movement and strength assessments.
BESPOKE YOGA. Private and small group yoga sessions available for all levels.
GIRLS FIGHT CLUB. A kick butt boxing workout! Mix up your workouts and fire up your metabolism...learn to punch like a fighter, get strong and get lean. Punch. Sweat. Rest. Repeat. Thursdays at 6:30pm. Registration required.
DELCORPO ANYWHERE. Bespoke Fitness® personal training goes wherever you go. Using FaceTime, a Bespoke Fitness® personal trainer will design and lead you through a live, customized workout (available between 5am-9m CST).
DELCORPO ANYTIME. Bespoke Fitness® will provide your customized, instructional workout via a private video on YouTube. Video workouts are available daily, weekly or monthly according to your own schedule and needs.
FITNESS CONCIERGE. Take the guesswork out of your fitness plan with a custom-designed weekly or monthly template of "homework" workouts. An over-arching fitness framework to maintain fitness in-between sessions with one of our Bespoke Trainers, Fitness Concierge provides workouts to complete on your own, and offers a multidisciplinary fitness regimen for clients who want to experience a variety of training and trainers in our network, including Yoga, Martial Arts, Pilates®, Nutrition, Gyrotonic®, Bootcamps, and more.
